I have been working with children for 18 years. Since 2004 I have been working at Teston Preschool and took over as supervisor in 2008. I have many childcare qualifications and recently gained my BA in Early Years.
I live in Wateringbury with my husband and children both of whom attended Teston preschool.
I am very proud of the friendly yet professional care we offer at Teston and am very lucky that l have a committed and enthusiastic staff team.
Louise Williams - Deputy Supervisor
I have been working at Teston and Wateringbury Nursery since 1996 and am currently Deputy Supervisor and SENCo. I attained a Diploma in Pre-School Practice in 1997 and have attended numerous relevant courses over the years, and have a First Aid Certificate.
I consider my job to be one of the most worthwhile occupations. My aim is to provide a safe, stimulating and nurturing (and fun!) environment for the children whilst they are in our care. I also want parents and carers to feel comfortable and happy to approach us about anything.
I'm very lucky to work with a great professional team.
Gill Wallington

Jenny Stockdale
I have enjoyed working with children for the last 8 years, firstly at a creche, then a preschool, both in Paddock Wood, before moving to Teston & Wateringbury. I hold a certificate in Pre-school Practice.
Jo Jordan
I have worked at Teston and Wateringbury Nursery group since 1991, after my youngest daughter of two, left for school. Both my children had a very happy and beneficial time at the group, with many happy memories that they recall today.
I am qualified to a level four.I trained at, what is now, K college gaining a Nursery Nursing Diploma. From there I went on to complete a Montessori teaching Diploma.
As well as working as an assistant at the group I also co-ordinate the admissions process and hold the waiting list for those children waiting to start with us.
I have also worked as a teaching assistant at Brunswick House school, in the foundation stage (year R) since 2007. I work with those children that need extra support with speech and language, as well as providing support in the classroom to both children and class teacher.
The two settings enable me to gain and provide very relevant experience towards the enrichment of all the children’s early years.
Tina Driver
My name is Tina and I have lived in Teston for the past 13 years. I have 2 boys who came to this Nursery and are both now enjoying going to school at Wateringbury Primary School. I have been working at the Nursery for just under 2 years and completed my NVQ level 3 in August 2011. I am the chairperson of the local Toddler Group in Wateringbury and before that was actively involved in the school parent teacher association.
Most of my spare time these days is taken up with my boys sporting activities but when I do get a moment to myself I enjoy swimming and gardening - this year I am determined to eat my vegetables before the rabbits do!
Sara Wallis
